Quick tip: Sneak outside for 2 minutes of sunlight and feel the earth beneath your feet—even if it’s just your office garden!
2. Solar Plexus Power Breath (2 minutes)
Place your hands gently on your navel. Take a deep inhale, then exhale with short, forceful bursts (this is called Kapalabhati breath). This supercharges your Manipura chakra, giving your focus and self-confidence a real boost.

3. Evening Heart Chakra Ritual (5 minutes)
